Payments and Cancellations terms

  1. Pricing
    • Trial period: Enjoy a 3-day trial that gives you unlimited access to all content on our platform.
    • Monthly Subscription: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at $39.95 per month.
    • Payment Schedule: Your subscription fee will be billed monthly on the same date as your initial subscription activation.
  2. Cancellation
    • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting customer support. No interest rates or late fees.
    • Trial Period Cancellations: To avoid charges for the monthly subscription, you must cancel before the 3-day trial period ends.
    • Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew. Charges will be applied using the payment method on file.
  3. Refunds
    • Partial Monthly Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation.
    • Monthly Refunds: If you’re not satisfied with our service, please reach out to our support team to request a refund. We will carefully evaluate your request, taking into account your usage history, feedback, and other relevant factors. Refunds are limited to your most recent payment and will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription.

    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
    • Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, your account access may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Offer and Billing Terms: Try the service for three (3) days. If you don’t like it or you find that the service is not for you, contact us to cancel and you will not be charged. Unless you cancel, at the end of the three (3) day membership, the service will automatically continue on a monthly basis and the service will automatically charge the credit card (debit cards not accepted) you have provided the applicable monthly $39.95 fee stated at the beginning of each such period, for as long as you continue the service. You may cancel the service at any time; canceling will stop the recurring fee moving forward. Canceling the service will not retroactively refund subscription payments and previously charged subscription fees won’t be pro-rated based on the cancellation date. There is no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity of goods and there is no additional shipping or handling fee charged. No interest rates or late fees.
